Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team immediately through the Contact Us page with your order number.

Orders in Transit:

• Orders in transit cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Once your order has shipped and is in transit, you must wait for delivery to initiate a return according to our standard return policy.

Restocking Fee:

• Returns of unopened items may be subject to a restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs. The exact fee will be communicated during the return process.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Refunds

In order to be eligible for a return and/or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition will not be eligible for a full return or refund under any circumstances.
• The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided to validate the return request.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before proceeding with a chargeback, we will work with you to provide the best offers and solutions to resolve your concerns. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may be treated as theft and may result in legal action.

• Address corrections can be made within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer service immediately.
• After 24 hours or once the order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
